  • The Bank requires customers to utilize customer specific passwords to access that customer's confidential and private information. Franklin Bank reminds customers that it is their responsibility to safeguard their passwords. Further, commercial customers should carefully screen those employees to whom passwords are granted.
  • The Bank utilizes virus protection software to help prevent the spread of computer viruses.
  • The Bank reminds all of our customers that links to websites not under our control can be found in the bank's websites. These websites will not necessarily comply with the Bank's privacy and information security principles and security standards.
  • The Bank reminds all of our customers that confidential and private information may be compromised in both traditional and non-traditional banking activities.
  • The Bank can only establish policies and procedures to help restrict the use and access to confidential and private information. If any Franklin Bank customers believe their confidential and private information has been compromised, please contact the Bank immediately so that the potential breach can be investigated.
