We are aware that fraudulent emails ("phishing" emails) are being sent to our valued Internet banking customers from phony email addresses that appear similar to legitimate Franklin Bank email addresses. If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent email, delete it immediately and report it to onlinebanking@bankfranklin.com.

Please DO NOT reply back or click any link within these emails. The links referenced in these emails are fraudulent and when clicked, the user is taken to a website, where the user is asked for his or her personal information.
